Pairing Galaxy Gear with a Galaxy Smartphone

What's in the Box?
When you unpack your new Gear,
you’ll see it comes with two extra
parts. The first is the USB cable to charge Gear, and the second is the charging cradle.

Charging Your Gear
To charge Gear, simply place Gear into the charging cradle, then connect the USB cable to the bottom of the cradle.

Start with the Phone
Check your phone to make sure NFC and Bluetooth® are turned ON.

Tap to Download
Tap the back of your Galaxy phone
to the bottom of the Gear charging cradle. This will launch Samsung Apps on your phone, and you will
be prompted to install the Gear Manager app.

Turn On Gear
While the app is downloading, turn on your Gear by pressing the power button on the top right of the face.

Tap to Pair
Once the app is installed, launch it. Follow the Gear Manager instructions and tap the back of your Galaxy phone to the back of the Gear charging cradle again to pair the two together.
